Reading
My name is Melinda and I am a book
alcoholic.
My Mom gave me the love of reading
at a very young age. We read ALL the
time! Today, I still have have no
problem losing myself in a book.
Love wandering the library, any
bookstore, book sales too. My first
paying job (with a paycheck) was at
our local library. HEAVEN!!!
Reading is a great way to escape,
relax the crazies of the world.
Summer is my time to read. During
the school year, I am so busy with
other things that reading takes a
backseat for awhile.
I loved summer as a kid, going to
the library to sign up for the
Summer Reading program. My
library card was on fire!

I am another lover of reading. Growing up, I would be the one sitting under a tree with my nose in a book. I love cozy mysteries, contemporary fiction (especially stories/series that take place in small towns), and yes, to romance. Not a fan of blood, gore, swearing every other word or extreme sex.
