I know it's HOT out but this is
a great recipe for those Farmer's
Market peppers.
Enjoy!!
On a whole other note:
DO YOU KNOW WHAT
THIS IS:
It IS a cucumber! My brother-
in-law gave this to me and he
said it is really tasty. Me:
I'm just not too sure about
an orange cucumber. YOU?
~Keep on Dreaming~
What a nice recipe. Peppers are starting to come to market and in another two weeks they'll cost only pennies on the dollar. A recipe like yours will be very helpful. I hope you are having a great day. Blessings...Mary
ReplyDeleteOh Melinda...Good looking recipe. Can't beat that cost per serving either.
ReplyDeleteLast year I planted my cucumbers and squash next to each other. They cross-polinated and I ended up with big yellow cucumbers. I was shocked!
Have a Blessed One!

Melinda: I love stuffed peppers. My husband does not. However, as I was reading your recipe, I realized that he likes everything in the pepper except the pepper. Well, I'm going to make them. I shall just "decant" his onto the plate--and, maybe I'll eat his pepper as well as mine while he's enjoying the "stuffed" part. Why didn't I think of this before?
ReplyDeleteBest,
Bonnie
A cucumber? Is he pulling your leg?
ReplyDeleteyummy recipe,
ReplyDeleteI've never seen a cucumber that looked like that
Hey, I'm comin' over...'K'??? I can't get Farm Boy to eat stuffed peppers and I just love 'em. Your recipe sounds amazing.
ReplyDeleteHave a fun day filled with sweet summers blessings!!!
Your stuffed peppers recipe looks yummy. Have you ever tried to make it with red peppers? That is an interesting color for a cucumber! It is so much fun to visit the farmers market and see all the interesting varieties of tomato, corn, squash, etc...
ReplyDeletelol I seriously thought that the cuke was a loaf of bread.
ReplyDeleteThose peppers sound amazing!!!!
Have a great week
