Ooooo La La!
It's Tuesday, so it must be
time for Trivia! I bet you
can't guess what our subject
is....?
In the movie Psycho, the
filmmakers used chocolate
syrup as the fake blood in
the shower scene.
Dark chocolate has flavon-
oids in it and is known to
protect the heart.
Hawaii is the only U. S.
state that grows Cacao
trees in order to make
chocolate.
Switzerland's people
consume approx. 24
pounds of chocolate
per person annually!
Oh my!!
Ruth Wakefield, a
restaurant owner in
Massachusetts wanted
to make something
special for her customers,
so she decided to cut a
semisweet chocolate bar
into her cookie dough,
hence coming up with
chocolate chip cookies in
the 1930's! Her restaurant
was the Toll House Inn.
Happy eating!!!! Enjoy!!!
