Dinner for Two
Sunday Savor is here
with another easy recipe
for you to enjoy.
So pull up a chair and
relax.
Stuffed Pork Chops
2 large Butterfly Chops
1/2 C Shredded Parmesan
Cheese
1/2 tsp Dried Parsley
1/2 tsp Garlic Herb Salt
Free Seasoning
Mix the cheese, parsley and
seasoning together, set aside.
Lay your chops on a plate.
Sprinkle the cheese mixture
down the middle of each
chop, fold over the chops so
the cheese mix is tucked inside.
Any leftover mix can be sprinkled
on top.
Place in a sprayed casserole dish,
cover and microwave until chops
are fully cooked.
Enjoy!
Now I will tell you that this recipe
came out of the fact that I had no
idea what I wanted to do with
the chops. I was going for some-
thing different.
I didn't have a lot of cheese left
so the mix amount is approx-
imate.
For a spur of the moment, light
bulb popping on recipe they came
out quite yummy!
~Keep on Dreaming~
P.S. Thank you so much
for all your wonderful
comments on my anniv-
ersary post!!!!
