Update on the Mr. Engineer. He is still being held
captive at the hospital. He has had one minor
procedure and major surgery. The major one
involved his kidneys. They had stones in them.
The Dr. worked on the left one and Ken will
go to outpatient for the right one.
He still has the bloodclot but it is slowly going
away, now we need to get the kidneys to behave.
What a creative way to start summer!
Ken asked that I pass on to YOU his thanks
for all the nice comments and prayers. He
really appreciates them. If you could keep
them coming that would be great! THANKS
from me too!
family!
Please remember those who have passed
on trying to keep us safe and keep those men and
women who continue to fight for our safety in
your prayers.
Have fun with your families, get out and enjoy
the weather and be safe!

I'm so sorry to hear this, and I'll certainly pick up on the prayer line from here. It sounds like they are still needed. Kidney stones are the worst and to have them in both kidneys would be torture. Praying Mr. Ken back to good health.

Well, while I'm glad to hear Mr. Ken is on the mend, it still wasn't the post I was hoping to see. I pray that he gets to come home soon!
ReplyDeleteThe last day of school is always bittersweet...while I'm more than ready to be out, I also miss my little ones that are now more like 4th graders than 3rd graders. Were the kids out earlier? Or was today their official last day? Do you have teacher work days ahead of you?
Blessings,
Val
I'm glad Mr. Ken is doing better. He's still in my thoughts and prayers...as are you. I hope you are taking care of you too!
