S is for Special.
I work in the field of Education
that is labeled "Special Education."
My student's ARE special NOT because
their abilities are different from most
but because they teach us something
different about them daily.
They reach goals/milestones.
They grasp a concept that you think
they'll never get.
A sound, word or phrase is spoken
after many days of work between you
and the student.
One day they realize that there ARE
other people around them AND
interactions begin to occur.
So you see WE ARE special for
many reasons.
~Keep on Dreaming~
I certainly admire "Special Education" teachers. This job may consist of some challenging days, but they are so worth the Blessings that are always there.

And I bet they love you, Melinda for all you do for them! I worked for years at a social service agency which taught/cared for clients with ages from birth to 100. They are indeed special. Good job!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much
