You've Got Mail

Good Afternoon!

So today we are begining something
new for the holiday season. For the
rest of this month, through next
month and ending on New Year's
Day.

The holidays are a time for connecting
with those we don't see or hear from
very often. It used to be a time when
families sent Christmas cards and
letters too.  So this holiday season
Country Dreaming is introducing:
"Hello, from Me to You!"

Over the past years as a blogger I
have heard from or recieved goodies
from many of you--my blog friends.
I have saved each new address and
put it into my "Blog buddies address
book. So...

In the upcoming weeks I will
be sending post cards, notes,
greeting cards etc. to my
blog friends. If you would like
to join the fun let me know. If
you have addresses of blog
friends, you can send greetings
too.
If you would like a note or card f
rom the Midwest and you know
that I don't have your address,
just e-mail it to me.

We live in a time where social
media, texting and e-mail has
taken the place of a good ol'
greeting in the mail.

So be watching your mailboxes,
there might be something in there
from me!

~Keep on Dreaming~

  1. What a sweet idea; I do this too informally, with blog friends as far away as Australia, India, Tennessee and Florida. I am here in California. I was raised in the Midwest and loved it.

    1. Well, here's your chance.
      I don't believe that I have your
home address, I'll send you a card
      if you would like.

  9. What a great idea. I'm doing Christmas cards this year for blogger buddies, but no reason you and Mr. Ken can't get a little extra treat.
