Target one of our favorite store has a new line
that they have debut recently. It is called Liberty
of London. It is an exclusive collaboration for
Liberty and Target.
They have a WIDE and I do mean wide variety of
goodies for Spring. There are teapots, bikes, piggy
banks, picture frames, clothing bags, gardening items
bedding, stationary and much much more.
AND as I was reading my April issue of Country Living,
guess what I saw? An article on florals. Much to my
surprise it featured items from the Liberty line.
runs for $42.95 per yard! This will not be a purchase
I make anytime soon.
The right photo shows their mug, teapot and canisters.

When I was in Target recently, I wandered around
checking out everything in the Liberty line. You'll
need some time to locate these things but it's fun to
see all that is in the line.
Some of you have mentioned this on your blogs so
I had to check it out myself and then seeing it in my
magazine was great too!

Years ago, when I sewed all my daughters' clothes, I thought I would do Easter dresses for them in Liberty fabric -- I was in London in March, so went to the shop ---- oh MY the cottons cost more than the same fabrics would have cost me in New York City. I got a big kick out of that. I did not buy any!
ReplyDeleteI bought wonderful soap instead, and I think some yarn for my mother. But Liberty's London store is worth a visit just for its building -- beautiful.
I am going to have to see what Target has from Liberty. Target's visiting designer lines are often interesting.
Thanks!
Cass
I JUST saw that Liberty Line at Target last week...and I didn't even know that they were featured in Country Living magazine...I haven't even had a moment's time to read my latest issue! BAH! I bet I could find a print or two to go with my new wall color!
ReplyDeleteDrop by to check it out...I had the 1st floor kitchen and family room repainted over Spring Break.
Hope you are feeling better,
Val
I've been drooling over the Liberty Line at Target. Such pretty things, and you're right, they are all.over.the.store. I haven't seen the bike, but that would be so cool!
ReplyDeleteOh, dear. I think I just found something else to drool over, pine for and to put on my mother's day list! Just fantastic. I am going to run to Target and see for myself!
ReplyDeleteOK...I am just going to have to get myself over to Target! What a wonderful find!
ReplyDeleteI guess the paper piecing does seem a bit foreign if you aren't into quilting...at least not that kind of quilting. Lovely to visit with you, Melinda!
Have a great evening.
the liberty stuff is very fun! i love how it's showcased in country living, too. so far i am able to resist it. thankfully! i can see how it would be easy to want every little piece of it!
