Over the weekend we stopped at the
mall to see the annual "Canstruction"
project. Our local food pantry benefits
from the food that will come from the
deconstruction of these projects. Those
in need will get to choose from a lot of
yummy goodies!
Each picture has a description of the
project. Click on them to find out about
each project and you'll see how many
cans each one took
to construct.
Here we have a replica of the Kansas
City World Series Trophy.
This is a combo of our stadiums--Royals
and Chiefs. Looking at the above pic, you
will see Royals stadium on the right with
the KC and Chiefs stadium on the left.
On the back side of the Chiefs stadium
the creators made and arrowhead
from cans and jars.
This is a replica of Liberty Memorial
which is located on the campus of
the World War I Museum.
This one is my favorite one!
What creativity! Looks just like it
is suppose to.
This is too cute too! I just realized that
the owl is sitting on a tree branch.
It is always fun to just walk around
and see what items were used to
build these structures. Fun to see.

How creative and fun! It took me a minute to figure out the stapler.
ReplyDeleteYea, we were able to get a better pic in our heads when we saw the creations through the camera.
