It's time again for SUNDAY
SAVOR! Today's recipe is so
easy! Pull up a chair and relax.
It is so easy that I am not using
a "recipe" format.
Mexicali Beef Mac and Cheese
1--Brown 1 pound of ground
beef, drain and set aside.
2--Make your mac and cheese
box or homemade. Add taco
seasoning to your taste while
cooking.
3--Mix the beef into the mac and
cheese then add Rotel tomato
and chilies to your mixture. (I'm
not much into heat so I used the
Mild version and mixed according
to our taste palate. Let your mixture
sit on low for about 5 - 10 minutes to
allow flavors to "marry." Serve with
veggies or a salad and ENJOY!
~Keep on Dreaming~
MELINDA! Keith is dieting and probably will not eat this, but it looks SO GOOD so I'll save it for a night when he splurges... it looks like it would make a GREAT take to work lunch, too! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteLooks marvelous!!!
ReplyDeleteIt reminds me of our left~over mac and cheese that get's stuff tossed in for another meal.
Sometimes Nacho meat...sometimes chilli or even a can of tuna will do! Heeehehe!!!
Nothin' like a little recycled food 'round here.
Your dish looks marvelous sweetie.
God bless and have a fantastic day!!!
