Q and R are excellent ideas for July and August....during the hazy, hot and humid days of summer...at least for middle aged, post-menopausal women who really don't need additional heat. :)

It's hot here, too. Love the idea of quiet and rest and drinking iced tea in front of a fan. Keep cool!
