Today we have a guest at Dreaming---
Here he is......................Mr. Ken:
Hello all of Melinda's Blogger Friends and Thank You to all
who showed so much interest in my well being and Cataract
Surgery!
The surgery went almost precisely the way that all of the
doctors and nurses had explained that it would and I cannot
say enough good things regarding Discover Vision Center -
they were awesome!
It is one of the most worriesome things that I have ever
personally been through -
"going to having your eye operated on"
I was nervous as could be and scarded to death.
Melinda kept me updated on all of you all's well wishes and
prayers. This and Melinda staying strong for me, WE DID IT
and I just wanted to say thank you so very much.
Mr. Ken
~Keep on Dreaming~
I knew it would all go OK, we were all thinking about you Ken!

Hello :) MR Ken
ReplyDeleteI am so glad that all went well with your surgery. My husband too has had eye surgery and I know how nervous he was. Everything went well for him too but it sure can make one a little on edge. Hope things continue to go smooth during your recovery.
Fondly,
Mimi~
And you LOOK so happy - that says it all! So glad it all worked out well. Nerve-wracking, to say the least! Speedy recovery to you :) -Tammy
ReplyDeleteGood to hear that the surgery was a success and that you are at home again Mr Ken!
ReplyDeleteWOW...Wait until I tell Dan-the-Man there was a special guest featured today! He will be impressed! We are both so glad everything went well. We wouldn't want to hear an excuses on not being able to play boce ball, or whip my butt on Uno, or not see fireworks for our annual trip to the park now would we?!?!?! BTW who was the lucky winner on our football scores? I heard Melinda was holding out not verbalizing her score...Curious minds need to know! Glad you are doing better Ken. I said prayers so I knew you would be ok!
ReplyDeleteLove, Nancemeister

ReplyDeleteHi Ken. I would have been terrified to have my eyes operated on; you were mighty brave. I'm guessing that your wonderfully caring nurse helped you through it, though. :) Relax and enjoy the weekend.

ReplyDeleteHello Mr. Ken. So glad things went well. I can't imagine having surgery on my eyes...you must be very brave! But the problem is now you might be able to see the dust around the house...yikes! Or perhaps your house is just dust free! Happy Valentines Day to your house from ours!
