Tortilla Pizza
1 pkg. Flour or Wheat
Tortillas
Your favorite pizza sauce
Your favorite topping
Your favorite cheese
Take one tortilla, spread on
the sauce, add your toppings,
cheese and bake till your
preferred doneness. *Two can
be made at the same time.
*Caution peek at them often
to avoid burning.
We had these when we were
out of town last weekend.
Our friend made them for us
and they were FAB!!!!!

taking a look back at different
decades.
Today we start with the 50's.
As you look at the picture, you will
see images from "the diner and the
drive in."
Those were places to meet and and
to be seen. Classic cars, Rock n' Roll,
burgers and fries plus shakes and
malts. At the some drive-in's the car-
hop may have brought your food to
you on roller skates.

came to the music forefront in
1956. Rock n' Roll was seen
as a passing trend but Elvis
showed those naysayers!

Why is that WACKY, you ask?
Because it DOES NOT seem like time
to go back!!!
Kids came back to day for a 1/2 day
today and tomorrow then a full day
on Friday. AND of course the weather
has to be HOT!
Hopefully our year will be soooo much
better than last year!!!
I hope summer has been productive

Just popping in to say that I will
be away form the blog for a bit.
It is time to get ready to go back
to school and we have Kayaking
trip planned for the end of the
week. Plus Mr. Ken's birthday is
next Saturday!!
