Popping in with my annual PSA for Shopping
Small.
Tomorrow is Shop Small Saturday. This year
more than ever our small local shops will rely
on us shoppers. I know that Amazon and the
big box stores are necessary to shop in but if
we can let's try and help out those Mom and
Pop stores, those that are just starting out
and those cute little fave stores we enjoy.
A lot of our stores are offering curbside
pick up, if you aren't comfortable going
in a store, see if they have that as an option.
Good luck! As I write this post, I think Mr.
Ken is working on what we call "covert
operations." Basically that is code
for "don't be nosy."

My favorite small businesses are a little gift shop up the road and nearby is an independent bookstore. I will definitely stop by both this season.
