Here's what has been going on in our
world. We are in the process of tearing
down our deck! This was the roof.
Albino squirrel playing in the scraps from
the tear down.
Northeast walls came down this past week-
This is what is left plus floor braces for the
walls. In the spring we will start a new with
a freshly buffed floor and new stain then we
will build a new railing aprox 42' high.
THEN we will begin painting the
house. Oh boy!
This is my cousin-in-law fulfilling one of
the things on her bucket list. She said it
Though not for me!
Fun at school, melting crayons on a
Annual Chili Fest Fireworks.
It was a chilly evening for Chili fireworks
but it was so fun.
We went to one of the last ball games of
the season. KC didn't have a great year
but we had fun supporting
More fun at school--bobbing for apples.
This is my co-teacher.
Stacking apples after reading
Ten Apples Up On Top.
One of my students spinning me
around--pinning apples on a tree.
That's what is going on besides the
daily goings on.
~Keep on Dreaming~
The deck deconstruction was quite a project. I've never seen an albino squirrel. Is he a regular visitor to your yard? The pumpkin with melted crayons is really pretty! The Rockies had a pretty bad year, too. There's always next season:)ReplyDelete
The deck project is on for the books for sure! Yes the squirrel has been seen several times since he was photographed.Delete
The kids had a lot of fun with the pumpkin.
To next season.

wow. are you replacing the deck? Ours is 30 years old and needs some "help". I'm afraid to have too many people on it.ReplyDelete

Glad to see you and mr ken having fun.
Yes, the deck walls are going but the floor stays. We will work on a new railing in the spring.ReplyDelete
