Hello!
Hope everyone had a great holiday.
Ours was fun as you will see farther
down.
One more reference to the garage
sale.
Mr. Ken in his stylish blue ensemble.
*SOLD* A friend bought this one.
Next was the garden hat.
I decided to keep this after all.
There is on more hat, it dropped out :(
of my post, I'll post it next time, one
you won't want to miss!
My bargain bag! 2 bucks, yes I said 2
bucks! We have a store here in Kansas
City that is a Reuse, recycle and restore
kinda place. They receive donations from
various companies and the community.
This was from a donation from Charming
Charlies. A jewery, bag and scarf store.
Love it.
Parade Highlights:
Driving with the big boys.
Spontaneous trip to see fireworks:
Drove to the local hospital parking
lot, able to grab a parking spot though
is was a happen' place and enjoyed
from a far and traffic.
A peek and our 4th decorations. It
came so fast my output was a bit
minimal.
Oops excuse the ear muffs. :)
Hope your summer has been nice.
Still fighting the heat as I'm sure you
are. It is supposed to cool down this
weekend!
~Keep on Dreaming~
You should have kept the hat for Mr. Ken too! lol You took such excellent photos of the fireworks. Mine always look terrible.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the picture complement! My phone has a pretty good camera on it.
DeleteMr. Ken was sad sad to see his
hat so but a friend bought the red and blue one so we can borrow them if need be.

It looks like you had a fabulous Fourth! We watched the fireworks presentation in DC from the comfort of the A/C house. No traffic, no crowds, no bugs!
ReplyDeleteIt was a spontaneous trip. We had been at friends, came home for a bit then decided all at once we were going. Love the one from DC though.
