C is for...

C is for...

Candy

Brach's Autumn Mix
Brach's Mix with the
moons in it
Mini Kit Kat Bars
Hershey's Minitures
M&M's

Me likey candy! Yum!

C is for...

Chili

With crackers &cheese
or cornbread. Everyone
makes their chili different
so I am not posting a recipe.

Something different about
our chili is that I use Pork
and Beans. I am not a fan
of beans, when I was little
this was how my Mom
made it.

What makes your chili
different from others?

C is for...

Cider

Louisburg Cider Mill
is located south of us
and we can buy their
cider there or at our
grocery stores.

I know a lot of you
like cider, me not so
much. Never acquired
a taste for it. BUT...
hot cider donuts from
the cider mill---Oh yea!

Do you like cider?

Friday is D day so
come on by.

~Keep on Dreaming~

  1. I knew you were gonna say Candy Corn!! : ) I hardly ever make chili ~ I love it but these picky eaters in my house do not like beans. My mom used to make great chili. As for Apple Cider.. Well, those picky people in my house do love that ~ but I don't! Here's a little confession.. I've never tried it! It's like cantaloupe, I can't get passed the smell. : )

    have a great FRIDAY!!!

    1. Wow, no chili or cider. Huh. Interesting.
Cider is not one of my faves, lots like it
at this time of year though.

      Enjoy your day!

  2. Candy corn is great, and I love the Autumn Mix. We love chili in the winter and I always add a touch of chocolate and just a little cinnamon for more flavor. I'm not crazy about cider, nor the doughnuts, Have a great weekend!
