It's Monday!
The first one after spring break
and we woke up to rain, rain
and more rain. We needed it but
I could think of another day to
have it.
It's March!
Sooo much going on!
and there is Madness!

Howdy everyone!
I think things are fixed now--fingers
crossed.
This Google picture has me thinking
about Spring. It is now far off now.
Getting excited for flower season!
Today's weather here is sunny and in
the upper 40's and the best part is----
I am on Spring Break!!
We have taken a wee break from the
bedroom project. Just need a break even
though we are so close to being finished.
We did buy more paint yesterday for the
ceiling and the little bit of trim we have
left. We also tried to buy wood blinds but
to no avail. Both stores had super duper
sizes that would not work. We found a
website that we at going to order from
thankfully.
Part of my break will be spent working.
I have a part time job at a new facility
geared toward children and young
adults K-18 with unique abilities.
I will be working with the wee ones two
days this week. then during summer break
I will work three days a week. It is a FABULOUS place. Don't worry I will have plenty of time to
play, relax, do some reading and see friends.
Pop back on Wednesday. This post will blow
your mind. I am going to take you on an
adventure that I surprised Mr. Ken with.

Hello!
Wow, can't believe it is March already!
And we have had nothing but trouble
with our internet. Sooo frustrating.
I could post from my phone but I am
never happy with the way the post looks.
Mr. Ken has worked so hard to get
us up and running because of course
the issue is on our side not our
provider.
Fingers crossed that we stay up and I
can post in a timely manner. Since we
are a day off our posting schedule I
will post next on Thursday which
would have been Wednesday's post.

Happy Monday!
After a week of ice, snow showers,
cold temps and no school for three
days plus the holiday last week,
we are sunny and in the 50's today!
I had a planned day off today and
having the sun out has helped the
Mojo action here.
But today's post is about our bed-
room project that seems to have
drug out FOREVER! So many glitches
here and there, patch work needed
from former owners (our room is
an add on), paint on the ceiling (not
supposed to be there so we decided to
paint the ceiling gray like the walls but
with a surprise twist, drapes ordered
and sent back (wrong ones), two sets
of bedding bought then taken back,
color scheme has changed once, we
have drug ourselves through many
so many stores BUT I can say:
THE PAINTING IS DONE!!!
We have some trim to do and a bit of
the ceiling left, WE have decided on
bedding AND drapes. We have made
those purchases plus new drapery rods
but still need to buy wood blinds.
There is a lot more light at the end of
this very long tunnel.
Wowzer!!
As soon as we are completely finished
and the room is fully decorated
I will post pics. We are so close!!!
