Happy Birthday to a Special Guy

And that guy is Dr. Seuss!
A favorite from my childhood
and today.
All sorts of celebrating went on
today is schools and libraries and
many are learning who this
fabulous man was and what he
did for the world of reading.

I could not have said it better
myself.

Did you enjoy these books as
child? have you read them
to your grandchildren, nieces
and nephews?

Which ones did you enjoy??

Some of mine are:

Hop on Pop
Greens Eggs and Ham
One Fish, Two Fish, Red
Fish, Blue Fish.

Such fun memories from
childhood.

  1. For some reason... my kids never got into Dr. Suess! I enjoyed reading them, though!

  2. That is unusual.
I do love a good Dr. Seuss story myself.
