March 2nd is "Read Across
America day AND Theodor
Seuss Geisel's birthday!
Born on March 2, 1904
Passed away September 24, 1991
He would have been 107 yrs. old!!
Mr. Geisel is best known as:
"Dr. Seuss" and has written
many books that have entertained
a lot of childern AND adults.

On the evening of the 2nd Random
House and the NEA urge you to
participate in the second annual
"Read Across America" and read to
your child, the grands, OR yourself.
When we celebrate Dr. Seuss and
reading, we send a clear message
to our children that reading is
FUN!!!!
