Hey, girl! Thanks for dropping by and leaving your kind words! It's been a journey for sure...and not one that is going to end anytime soon. I 've got a lot more work to do, but 3 little people that depend on me to be at my best each and every day. And as a side note...it's taken me quite a bit of time to get to this place. I pretty much had resigned myself to just always being heavy...but not wanting to really do anything about it. Not quite sure what clicked...but I did mull over the decision to call the wellness clinic for about 3 months. Now I just wish I had called them 3 months sooner!
Talk to you soon. We are going on vacay tomorrow, but will be back in KC on July 23rd.
