A Valentine Date

Last night was our Valentine
celebration.
We went to a new restaurant
called rye K C. It is locally
owned, they are known
for their Fried Chicken and
Farm to Market concept.

Here we are at the
front entrance. The
patio was decorated
for the season. Love
it!

(Please excuse the blurriness)

This is Ken's Hangar Steak,
mixed greens and cottage
fries. He enjoyed his meal
very much.

This is THE famous Fried Chicken,
it came with ham gravy and home-
made pickles.

I also ordered a side of mac and
cheese with bacon! Yum! Yum!
We did take leftovers home.
Lunch for tomorrow.

This is Ken's (no bake) cheesecake
with a meringue "graham cracker."

This my friends, is Apple Pear
Crumble. Oh good golly!

We had an enjoyable evening
and I know we'll go back  for
Brunch or Lunch.

  4. I love fried chicken. I don't have it very often, but this looks like just the place to indulge. I gave you a shout out in today's post. I started my cards for next year!

    1. It was very yummy! But it needs to
come with more than gravy and pickles!
