Chriatmas Fun-Day 2

Today's selection is:
Decorating with Chocolate

Make a sheet of candy using
dark, milk or white chocolate
chips.

Spray parchment paper with
nonstick coating.
Melt chocolate in microwave
or double boiler on the stove.
Melt slowly, stopping to stir as it heats.
Spread the chocolate onto the
parchment paper.
Allow to harden into a thin sheet.
After it hardens, drizzle with
melted white chocolate, if you
choose.
When the chocolate hardens, you
can break it into shards. The shards
can be used to decorate a cake top
or cupcakes.
They would be good just to eat too!

  1. Yummmy, chocolate! Love this simple idea but I am not sure it would even last long enough to be broken into shards! LOL
