Good Sunday Evening to Everyone!
Here we are on the last day of January.
Where did the month go? Seems like the
New Year just started.
It was a busy month relatively speaking.
Lots of birthday wishes sent, a friend got
married, cars to the shop, locksmith called,
Friday night we started taking down the
Christmas tree, I think this was the longest
we have had the tree up. It was time though.
Yesterday, we finished the tree project, now
get it and the rest of the Christmas stuff in
the closet without locking the door. :)
We are still painting yes . Not much left.
Didn't have it in us this weekend, wanted to
get some other things done.
Our county has designated teachers and school
personnel at high risk especially those of us who
work in Special Ed and work with students that
have difficulty keeping their mask up so I get to
go get my vaccine on Friday! Hopefully we will
get to a point soon when we don't have to wear
our masks 7 hours a day. Makes teaching hard.
But we do it.
Hope you had a productive January and you are

January went by fast!!!ReplyDelete
Glad that you'll be getting your vaccine. I noticed that many of my teacher and nurse friends have already gotten their first round. I'm happy to hear that it's being administered and hopefully we can get back to some normalcy.
I bet it is hard to keep the masks on the special ed kids. I can't even imagine having toddlers and babies in during this time ~ It's gotta be hard.
Stay safe and happy February!!!
It is harder for some than others for sure. So glad our county recognized that we are on the front line too.
Take care and happy February to you!

I do too. Not a fan of shots but will gladly get this one.

I'm so glad you'll be getting your vaccine! Teachers should absolutely be at the top of the list:) Our Christmas lights just came down this past weekend. There are still lots up in our community. I love it!ReplyDelete
Totally agree with you.Delete
We still see some lights here and there when driving around but I think for the most part everyone has theirs down.
Still fun to see for sure.
