A New Month

Hello and happy December!

We have arrived at the last month
of a very fast year---where did it go?
November ended with a blizzard for
us and December began started off
wet and cool.
We have a very busy week ahead of
us. Sunday will be a catch up day,
Monday Ken has a work party, Tues-
day is our anniversary ( more on
Tuesday), Wednesday my father-in-
law will have heart surgery with the
end of the week revolving around
Dad. That's the way to begin a month!

Today we went to Lawrence, Kansas.
We went to the 32nd annual Festival
of Trees. There were approx. 50 trees
and 20 wreaths to look at. Each were
decorated by groups, individuals and
organizations.
The Children's Shelter was the bene-
factor of ticket sales and auction
donations.
Enjoy!
