A Keeper

Sunday Savor:
We have a good one
today, so pull up a
chair and relax. Enjoy!
************************
As the recipe says:
Sausage and Egg Muffins
From the Gooseberry Kitchen
*******************************
These will be on our Easter
Brunch buffet this year!
Instead of a dinner type meal
I decided to do a brunch and
these will work perfectly for
this meal!
They also keep well--make a batch
for breakfast or lunches.
*****************************
Now, I did have a slight issue
with this recipe. When filling
the greased muffin cups, it
says to fill them 2/3 full----
I have a typical muffin tin and
if I would have filled them
that way I would of had a mess.
I used my 1/3 Cup and didn't
use all of it.
***Use your discrection when
filling your muffin tin. I think if
you have deep muffin cups this
would work. For easier reading
of the recipe--you can click
